There comes a point in business when you realise you’ve grown — but your visibility hasn’t caught up.

That gap is where I work.

Hello,

I'm Krisztina.

I am based in London, originally from Hungary, and my work moves between cities, retreats and communities across Europe.

I did not begin as a brand photographer. My early work required patience, stillness and precise observation — qualities that continue to shape how I work today.

Photography, for me, has always been less about performance and more about attention. About noticing the subtle shifts in posture, breath and expression that reveal alignment...  or hesitation.

That discipline of observation remains at the core of Present Practices.

It is rooted in presence — in paying attention, refining intention, and moving with clarity rather than performance.

The camera does not distort who you are. It reveals where you are aligned — and where you are holding back.

That is where I guide.

Over time, I found myself working increasingly with founders, retreat leaders and women stepping into visible leadership. What connects them is not just what they do, but the stage they are in: evolving, refining, recalibrating.

Present Practices began as a way of working before it became a brand.

Where Yoga Meets Photography

For me, photography and yoga are inseparable.

Yoga taught me discipline, awareness and precision. Photography refined my ability to shape perception. Together, they form the foundation of how I direct a session.

You are not asked to perform. You are guided into alignment.

Presence is not passive. It is intentional.

A Personal Note

Alongside photography, I maintain a dedicated yoga practice and continue to expand my training through further study, including Yoga Nidra and somatic work. Practice, for me, is never static. It evolves, deepens and refines over time.

In recent years, I have also begun mentoring and supporting selected clients with visibility and social media direction. I believe how you show up online is not separate from your leadership — it is part of how your work is understood and received.

Sicily has become a place of creative grounding for me. Its pace and depth reflect much of what I value in both yoga and photography: presence, clarity and intention.

These elements shape how I approach every collaboration.

beyond

While comfort is essential in front of the camera, it is not the end goal.

The real work is alignment between who you are becoming and how you are perceived.

When those two meet, authority follows naturally.

That is the practice.

The images now represent my work with clarity and confidence across my platforms.”

Evie Rose – Yoga Teacher

Krisztina captured me in a way that feels aligned with who I am as a teacher and as a professional.

I've worked with Krisztina for many years now and love every time we meet for a shoot! She gives you all the support you need to prepare for the shoot e.g. pose suggestions, outfit choices, intentions and tips.

It really helps that Kris is also a Yoga teacher, so she's able to give relevant direction during the shoot and really help you be creative with the poses. The mixture of pictures and videos (reels) has helped to elevate my online presence and I'm so glad I've found a photographer I can completely trust as online branding is crucial for my Yoga business. I promise you, you'll be in good hands with Kris, she's such a talented photographer and always captures the best of you!
