From the very first Zoom call, Amanda and I knew we were on the same page. She’s a sound healer and yoga teacher with a vision that’s deeply rooted in authenticity, beauty and heart. Our connection flowed so naturally that creating her shoot felt more like co-creating art than simply taking photos.

We designed a full-day experience for her – a blend of yoga, sound healing and lifestyle photography that would capture the many layers of her work. The day began at Amanda’s home, a space that felt like a true reflection of her energy: calm, intentional and soul-led.
I brought in the lovely Chelsea, a makeup artist I adore working with, to create Amanda’s soft, radiant look. And because real sound healing sessions are deeply immersive and often personal, we decided to create a “mock” session to bring that atmosphere to life in a way that worked visually. We invited three beautiful models who knew they’d be part of a stylised shoot – moving gently, holding space and allowing me to quietly move around with my camera.
We started with a one-to-one session, then moved into a group sound healing setup where Amanda played an array of stunning instruments – bowls, chimes, and more – all while dressed in the most flowing, ethereal pieces that matched her personality perfectly.
After a nourishing lunch, we shifted to a lifestyle studio in East London. There, we focused on Amanda’s yoga practice – grounding stretches, a few strong poses like handstands, and moments of mindful presence. We ended with one final look – a flowing dress – to close the shoot in the same dreamy energy we started with, bringing sound healing back into the frame one last time.
What’s even more special is seeing these photos already live on Amanda’s website, fitting seamlessly into her branding and telling her story with so much clarity and heart. Have a look at her website here. And this is just the beginning – we’re already planning our next step, creating ongoing content so she can share her voice more fully through blogging and connect with her ideal clients on a deeper level.
Here are some photos from the day, first the home session:

This is the kind of work I love the most – soul-led, collaborative and deeply rooted in purpose.
If you’re feeling a nudge to create your own story in images – something honest, beautiful, and true to you – I’d love to hear from you. Let’s bring your vision to life.
